well i knew it was going to happen, just wasn't sure when. the cost of stamps is conveinently going up just in time for the height of wedding season.
FYI- if you buy the infinty/eternity stamps now at this price, you can at least still use them on the RSVP's. Just wanted to give the heads up in case anyone wants to consider sending their invites a little earlier.
Ughhh.... in a few years, it will cost over $1.00 just to send a letter out

44 cents.
The post office website says we can still use them for 1 oz mailings after the price change and we won't have to add additional postage. But for bigger envelopes we will need to add additional postage.

Thanks for the heads-up! I have to remember to buy more forever stamps since I keep sending out thank yous as presents come in off my registry, and then I'll want to have enough to send thank-you's after.

Because it's ugly!!! LoL I like to buy stamps that coincide with the season or occasion of what I am sending out. LoL I have OCD!!

Will there be any wedding related stamps out there? I thought I heard of a wedding cake and rings stamp but I wasn't sure.
I bought about 300 forever stamps for this purpose...I may actually go and get more to play it on the safe side. Worst case is if you buy 'too many' they are good forever so you can use them for christmas cards, mailing in bills etc...There is always a way to use a stamp lol

yea but its a stamp- it'll get the job done no matter how ugly it is- so silly to spend more when you dont have to - tell your OCD to shush up and save you some money
