I am not a May 15th bride but i have had my hair trials done already and booked the person as well.

I've booked a person, and I'm going for a trial 3 days before the wedding.....it is too hard to coordinate being out of town. So I just hope I like this person! I have simple hair though!

i'm the 9th and still haven't found anyone...

but thats pretty much due to the fact that my MOH is not doing what she promised.

She's supposed to schedule an appt for trial... long story short, if she doesnt' call today i'm taking over!!! like i need this now!!!

you delegated certain jobs to your MOH? I did not really do that, I guess I did not want to put too much on them. I have 2 MOH's. I guess it does not help me too much that I did not delegated, huh? what did you delegate her to do exactly?

I didn't delegate, either. So far, the only things my MOH and my BM have done were for my shower, and that's all done. I have done all my appts myself, the invitations, the favors. I usually take care of things by myself, probably which is why I didn't ask them to do anything.

I'm a control freak so i usually don't delegate, but this was the ONLY thing i asked her to take care of!!!!! and she can't even do it.

It was originally given to her because she wasn't working at the time... so she had plenty of time to take care of this. SInce then she had a job for 3 weeks and got laid off. ok, so now whats her excuse?
she already cancelled once because she didn't feel well, and then she was supposed to call her back and never did (that was last week). now the lady probably doesn't even want to do our hair! LOL

That is so annoying........I know how you feel! I think for the most part my MOH's listen, but sometimes not which is annoying. Such as my bridal shower they helped out my Mom and stuff. But there was no game and I asked them to do the Bridal Shower story and they said no! I think they should just listen and do it......we are the BRIDES & should have what we want without asking twice or having to remind them!!!!
