May 2003 Brides GTG Thread.....

Ladies, please let me know who for sure is coming. It will be Saturday, August 9th. Let's say 3-7 pm. The times are negotiable

Choices of Venue so far:

1. Restaurant (Chili's or Friday's - somewhere we can make noise)
2. Park Picnic (SAnds Point Reserve is a good option I think, or even Eisenhower Park or Old Westbury Gardens - note OWG is $10 each)

So far it seems like most people want #2, but if it rains, then plan B as #1

That's sounds great! Let's definitely have a Plan B with a phone chain in case of rain.

I know a few are having probs w/it.
But this is the date the majority said they could make.
It seems it will be impossible to get everyone together at the same time

Jenn, I can't organize it in august after the 9th, I have all kinds of weddings and stuff, booked solid for the remainder of August
Noone bit for Aug 2nd weekend.

We have to do it. I'm really excited about seeing all of you even if its not everyone. There's never a day that's good for everyone. I do think if it stays so small, a restaurant might be better but I don't care.
