Just wanted a roll call, and also to ask if you think you got a discount or did your price go up because of the holiday? And when are you sending out your invites? How far along are you, and what are you doing now?
I think I got a little discount, and my invites are going out in the first 2 weeks of March (depending on my family getting the guest list together).
I'm freaking out, because I feel like I have all this stuff to do, but I've done a huge amount already and so I'm kinda sitting on my hands. I can't think of what else to do, but there must be tons of stuff! Anyone feel like they're in limbo?

Re: May 30th brides!
I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL!
I feel like I have so much to do...when I really think about it, I cry
I am also sending out the invites around March 15, 10 weeks should be enough time. I did also send out save the date magnets, so everyone knew not to plan a trip to the shore that weekend!
I don't think I got a discount for the holiday, from what I hear, I'm paying the average Sunday afternoon wedding price.

Re: May 30th brides!
Hi ladies, well yes the countdown is on, and all through my 2 years of plannin all have said is I cant wait for the day to come and I have been so easy going, but one it became 2004, and I could not say next year anymore the panic began. I dont thjink its because of all I have to do its becuse there is no money left to do it. Those little things really add up. I dotn have much left finalizing the ceremony and rehersal with the priest tomoorow and I am ordering my favors also. I jsut have to sned my invitations to the calligrapher. And I will send them our early March also since my response date is May 1st.

Re: May 30th brides!
I was trying to decide whether or not to use a calligrapher for my invitations.
Are they doing the inside envelopes only, or both the inside & addressing the outside?
If you don't mind me asking, who did you use and was it very expensive?

Re: May 30th brides!
I have some people on my budget vendor list who are $1 a set, inner and outer.
WOW - I feel so much behind all of you! We just booked a DJ last night, still have no florist, no invitations, no bridesmaids dresses, no limos, no tuxes. I guess I should focus on what we have acompished since we only got engaged at the end of November. Still so much to do!!!!!

Re: May 30th brides!
I'm mostly done everything - still haven't finalized my videographer, very important to me, I don't have much money but I'm very picky.
It's so awesome when someone gets married in the same space as you and you see their pics! Julissa got married in the same room at the Huntington Townhouse as me and the place looks really good in the pics! (On the Bride's Review board).
