YES!!! Please do! My SIL didn't send one to OUR MIL and it was a HUGE issue! They like to have one as a keepsake!!!! My MIL had to steal one from an aunt and she was PO'd!

i hand delivered it to both so they didnt feel like they were 'invited' to the weddings since they are all paying for it.

being that my parents are hosting the wedding, we sent one to FH's parents only (plus, i live with my parents, so they have all extras at their disposal!)

I sent one to his mom, because when I didnt for the e-party she was insulted. But then when I sent a wedding invite she asked me why I wasted one on her. SO...go figure!
