I am thouroughly convinced I'm preggers because many of the symptoms I've experienced I've never had before and they were felt anywhere from 2 weeks before AF is due to just yeesterday

It's possible that you are. You could get an early detection test and see what is says. But don't rely on that if it come back negative. I took 2 and both gave me a negative. 3 days after my period was late I got back a big fat positive.
