what does everyone think of breast augmentation?

i think its cool, I think girls who have them look amazing!

i cant even wear earings, my ears get infected.

The thought of a foreign object in my body, makes me scared cause i think my body would totally reject it.

I don't knock people who do things to each their own...But for anybody thinking about it, i would just suggest really thinking about it and find out as many facts as they can and do alot of research. Personally I am not the biggest fan of plastic surgery, but that applies more to people who do go overboard with it. A person should do whatever makes them happy, but make sure its something they truly want. I am also extremely scared of any surgery period so i would be afraid to get something done.

im just curious what others have to say, ive been wanting to do this since i was about 18. but only to a full B nothing extreme. just for personal happiness but i 1. dont have the funds to do this and 2. i am too worried about the side effects and possibilities have having problems now and later on down the road

well at least you are giving this alot of thought, which is the smart thing to do. I don't blame you about being scared of side effects and other things that can go wrong.

my mom thinks its stupid but she has very large breats so i feel she doesnt really understand.

also the reason im not rushing into any decisions or pushing the subject is b.c my mom said she was very small chested when she was my age then had sudden growth after the birth of my older brother so maybe theres still some hope for me!

Yeah your mom is just concerned. But you're a beautiful girl and don't need to do things to enhance your beauty and i am sure that is how she feels.

i completely understand - i actually had a savings acct that i called the 'boob fund' while i was in HS - i was positive i was going to get it done when i turned 18 - thanks goodness i listened to my sister though, i went on BC like a week after my 18th birthday and I went from an A to a full B! it was a miracle! I know a B isnt big but i am a pretty small girl and I am MUCH happier now!

My mom never understood me either bc she wears like an F or something! where did THOSE genes go?! when she got married she weighed 105 lbs and had DDs!

If i suddenly found myself with extra money i would get laser eye surgery first but then i would definitely consider going to a full C!

how soon do you plan on doing this? my cousin had a lift and augmentation after she had children. if you do decide to do this please research research and research!!!! research the procedure and the surgeon's credentials and history. g-luck with your decision.

id love to do it before the wedding but there really are no funds for that im a poor poor poor college kid and between FH and i we have about 100k in school loans so obviously its not happening anytime soon. but i really think about it alot so iw as curiours what everyones opinons and experiences are/were.

i do research now and ive seen the bad parts so thats the discourging part!

If you really need to do this to make yourself feel better then do what makes you happy... Make sure you are smart about it, use a reputable surgeon and do your research....

If you do it look into saline implants. I know they say the silicone is safe but I'm still iffy on it.

I'd like to get a little lipo before the wedding!!

I'm all for doing what you gotta do to be happy with yourself. Just remember that 'the grass is always greener...'

I have D cups and have actually thought about getting a reduction. They're annoying and there are few shirts I can wear without looking fat (because my top looks so big, I just look big ). Argh!

i would honestly LOVE a lift... but after 2 nose surgerys i think im done with plastics for a whileee..
ive heard they get bigger after kiddies so maybe wait for that..

personaly i wouldn't do it..I happy with myself in that area, and i feel like plastic surgery just leads you to find more things you don't like about yourself! Be happy with who you are!!
