maybe a silly ? but... head piece vail or hairstyle....

which one should you decide first??? When I bought my dress in April at Pronovias the store had just opened. They had all the dresses and they said they would be getting in head pieces/vails.

I was just thinking I should be booking my hair trial but not sure if i should decide the head piece or hairstyle first.

I know I would like to wear my hair up.........

any thoughts?

I knew I wanted my hair half up, then I picked the type of head piece and veil that I wanted.

Some pieces don't look right with hair half up or all up or down - some pieces can be worn with everything.

It really depends what you want, but I personally would get a general idea of how I want my hair, then buy the head piece / veil, then go get a trial. But anyway works.

I'd figure out what I want first > then shop for accessories > play around with them and see what winds up looking good.

You know us brides change our minds every 5 minutes anyway!!!

Hairstyle first....learn from my mistake lol I chose a tiara first, then went for a trial with my hair all up (how I THOUGHT I wanted it)...didn't have my veil or tiara with me. I LOVED my trial until I went to try on my dress and pulled my hair up and put my tiara on...I was NOT happy at all. So, I changed to 1/2 style and had to go beg to exchange the tiara for a smaller one....thankfully it worked out!

Thanks ladies......... So I guess when I go looking know that I want it up and try to play with it to see if that works with it.

My hair trial is August 7th so maybe I will do some looking before then but do you think I should have the veil head piece with me at the trial?

i still have no idea how i am going to wear my hair - i have ideas - and i think i want to wear it all to one side but the exact style i'm not sure of - i still havent gotten any hair accesories and have not ordered a veil yet - i change my mind ALL the time

a woman's perrogative right? yes we love to change out mind............

I am just thankful I was able to book my hairdresser. I think I was telling her for 10 yrs when I get married I want you to do my hair.
