But I'm not sure. What happens with items that need to be set up at the hall before you arrive?
Who can go bring them there, and who can set them up? Can you do these types of things the night before? Like drop off favors, place cards, etc. And for anyone who does a DIY centerpeice, when do those go on the tables and who does them for you? Who lights the little placecard candles?
I'm just not sure about these little details of who does what. Thanks!

That's a good question! Can someone in your family drop them off that day? When I had my eparty, we did DIY CPs and the place did it for us. I just told them how I wanted them and they did everything.

Your banquet manager should be able to go over all of that with you. As far as I know, you will have a final meeting 2-3 days before the wedding and that is when you will bring everything that needs to be set up at the RH (favors, placecards, etc). Just make sure everything is marked with where you want it, etc.

From what I understand, you can drop off these things at your RH and they'll do it for you...ask your RH if they can do that

most places tell you to bring all those things a few days before and they will set it up for you...you can show them exactly how to set it up and even put directions on paper for them

As for the DIY centerpieces, I'm almost positive my friend had to have hers put together before she brought them to the RH.

Re: Maybe a stupid Question--
Most halls can set things up for you or allow you time to come in and set things up personally. Our hall has a policy to not book anything the day before your event to allow for set ups. I am having my rehersal on Thursday to allow all day Friday to set up and not be rushed the day of the wedding. I would ask the banquet coordinator what your options are.

Ok I'm so glad that everyone said that the hall can do it--- my whole family is going to be with us getting ready all morning before the ceremony! So no one will be able to go out there!
