we are interfaith also. Our reverend has this optional program where you answer a bunch of ?s online and they sent him a report. Then we meet with him and discuss the strengths and weeknesses in our relationship.

PLEASE make sure you reserach CAREFULLY who will be doing your precana program. I had an AWFUL (absolutely horrible) experience at precana and was so jealous of everyone who loved it. Ask people not only where they went, but WHO was the couple running it. (At least 3 couples at the church where we got married do precana. One of them is absolutely NUTS. Guess who we got? My parents' neighbors run precana and actually came over to apologize to me b/c they knew what we had to go through)
We made a big stink about it (and apparently many other couples have as well), but the church is reluctant to let them go as precana leaders since so few people want the job, I guess...
At any rate, the other couples who run precana at our church are wonderful - we had to have the 'bad' couple because it was the only day that fit into our schedule. So many girls had great experiences, though, so try to take recommendations from them!!
