my friend's engaged and she wants to get married somewhere on LI that is either A. a vineyard or B. has a vineyard/rustic feel.
she's checked out some vineyards out east, but the problem she's running into is that she needs to rent EVERYTHING (i.e. tables/chairs/linens/china/serverware/glassware/barware...) and it's killing her budget.....
does anyone know any place like this that will PROVIDE these things for her?

I think I heard someone that booked at Raphael's. So far I havent heard that they had to rent anything.

I second Old Field Club...it definitely has more of a rustic feeling to it than most RHs.

My girlfriend just got married at Raphael's this past September and she didn't have to worry about rentals. Old Field Club is beautiful. Stewart Manor Country Club is nice and rustic . . .

def Vineyard Caterers - the vineyards are right on the property off of the CH deck!
They are also very reasonably priced!

Fox Hollow's Winter Garden room has a rustic feel and Flowerfield has somewhat of a rustic feel in the CH room (more of an indoor arboretum though) but the outside actually has a small vineyard on it's premise

Raphael is beautiful and they have a ballroom (fits a max 150 i think) so you don't have to rend that stuff but the site fee alone was going to blow our budget apart. it was over 10k.
