Everything is happening so fast. We saw a house on Saturday that we liked. We went back on Monday, put in a bid on Tuesday. It was accepted right away and we had an inspector there yesterday. Now tomorrow we are going to see the lawyer to sign the contract. What do we do next besides look for a good mortgage???

Wow! Yeah, just find the mortgage. Good luck! We had to wait a couple weeks to go into contract.

Just relax!! We had to wait so long before going to contract. There were somethings that we needed to negotiate first.
