My nail girl had a problem with them. They used them for an anniversary party. The driver was supposed to drop the couple off at one certain entrance but instead he did another and the driver wound up ruin the BIG surprise for the couple. So her BIL didnt tip the guy and the owner called him and was yelling at him for not tipping . EVERY company has horror stories go with your gut. Im using a limo company that has horror stories too but hey they had what I wanted and Im going for it.
