This is the closest I can get to a picture of what my friend had...
her basket had light blue ribbon with a starfish in the middle.
We put the same ribbon with a sand dollar around each towel and in the middle of each table for a centerpiece. And in the middle of the basket was either a bamboo umbrella or, a long votive holder with sand and starfish...
it was really nice. I prefer the candle in the middle as the centerpiece... it dressed it up a bit
