Mc Donalds new salads

are great! I had the Bacon Ranch Salad with grilled chicken. I picked out the carrots and tomatos and used the ranch packet which only had 4 grams of carbs. It was delish and sooo filling>

i had the ceaser one a month or so ago and i wasn't thrilled with it.
wendy's oriental chicken salad on the other hand - heaven! i love it!

I just looked at the McDonalds website... that salad you ate had 270 calories, 13 grams of fat, 830g of sodium... OUCH

Yea, I hate to be a downer here, but they did a feature on those salads a few weeks ago. If you are considering the crispy chicken ranch salad with the dressing they said you are better off having the grilled chicken sandwich. They said the sodium and fat was ridiculous. Obviously all the crispy chicken ones were higher than the grilled, but also with the dressing, the 'salad' concept wasn't exactly the healthiest. Sorry girls.

Also heard that the nutritional facts vary for McDonald's store by store. Those salads aren't as healthy as you think, if I am going to McDonald's I am getting my quarter pounder! Sorry to blow the wind out of your sails!

but i do prefer burger king just for the onion rings

I had Whities about 3 weeks ago and i felt like i was in heaven. I had 2 double cheeseburgers and fries.

I love white castles...what a great treat that is...mmm their clam strips are good, and the cheeseburgers, and the fries, and oh how i want a belly bomber this weekend
