Meadow Club...

Does anybody know what is goign on? There seems to be some construction. I was wondering if anyone on LIW is getting married there.

I'm getting married there in July. What's going on there? I know they are making some improvements. They said they are expanding the gardens, re-wallpapering the bridal suite, painting the main room and replacing the cocktail hour chairs.

I'm going to my friend's wedding there in October!! Sorry I don't know anything about the construction! If I speak to her soon I'll ask her!

We were at the bridal show last week there and there was pictures on the new gardens there making and they look beautiful.Someone said something about new chairs for the cocktail hr,i would say that would be an improvement they are plastic chairs now.I will say the food and the service was great.Very worth looking at.

I think they are getting the chairs with the metal backs, the really pretty ones. I'm so excited. I was told that the renovations should be complete by May or June.

I was at a sweet 16 there a few weeks ago and, honestly, I didn't notice any construction. I was there the night of the blizzard so if it was outside I definitely wouldn't have seen it.

It has just happened in the last few days. I guess they dont have much planned now because if I was having my wedding there right now I would be mad. They are moving everything around. That's great that they are making improvements - Congrats to the future Meadow Club brides
They are a beautiful place to take pictures.

I am also glad to hear they are making some nice changes and that it is nothing bad. I am having my reception there 3/27/04. Can't wait!
