Meadow Club

Hello! My reception will be in the terrace room at the Meadow Club. It's the biggest room and I am told it will fit 280. I may have about 230 people. For those that have been to a wedding there, does anyone know if this is too tight? Also, as for the cocktail room, do you this it will be too tight? This worries me but the Meadow Club said it will be okay! I hope so. Thanks for your help!

I went to a wedding last summer at the Meadow Club and they had about 180 people and we were ontop of eachother in the cocktail room, but the wedding itself was AMAZING!!

ohhhh nooooo, really? was it really that bad? were people complaning? i know not everyone sits at cocktail hour but still. was there plenty of room still left in the actual reception room? thanks for all your help and i am happy that the wedding was amazing

I am getting married at the Meadow Club in 16 days. I only have 150 people, but I can tell you they completely changed the cocktail area for the Terrace Room. It is expanded and has a huge outdoor area. Your cocktail hour will be fine. There is plenty of room. Not sure about the rest though. Hope that helps some.

I'm getting married at the Meadow Club. We plan on having about 215. I know that they have redone some things but I'm not sure what has been done. If they told you don't worry than I'm sure it'll be fine.

Going for my final on the 11th. Everything is pretty much done. Picked menu, linens, flowers, etc. I'm off to my second fitting now!

Im going to a wedding there this Sat. in that room. I will let you know.
My sister got married in the smaller room, and everything was WONDERFUL!!!!

Thanks Diane, I really appreciate it! I can't wait to hear back from you. I know I made the right choice, I am just nervous about cocktail hour but it's all said and done now and it will work out. I will wait to hear what your views are on it. Have fun at the wedding!

My bro had his wedding there. The food was great. My favorite... the RICE BALLS during cocktail hour. I think my bro and I had the whole plate in the bridal suite. The bridal suite was one of the coolest ones I have ever been in.

We had our reception there last August and had about 155 people. We were not crowded at all, and the room can easily hold 250 people. I had no complaints about anyone being cramped at the cocktail hour either, and the patio is very big. Plus, the outdoor terrace remains yours throughout the entire wedding, and that is where the Viennese table goes if you have one.

It was wonderful and the food was great. We are still receiving compliments on the food and place, and it's almost a year later.
