When they measure you from the hollow of your neck to the floor what is it called? Hollow to floor? Nape...

neck to floor I think. I know its called neck to back when it's from the hollow of your neck to your waistline on your back. I'll ask my mom tonight... she sews.

It is called a hallow to hem measurement. Atleast that was what they called it when I had to get it done for my wedding dress. It took 2 seconds and it cost me $125!!! Unbelievable!!! I had to get it done because the appliques on my dress go over the hemline on my dress so I can't get it hemmed when it comes in.

Hollow to hem!! I know my dress couldn't be hemmed normally either so had the measurement done then the little left to come up was hidden in the waist of the dress under my beading.
