Measurements for BMs -- Just waist, hip, bust?

I'm having my BMs call in their measurements to Kleinfelds (they're going to have local tailors take them). Just wondering what specific measurements they need? It's an A-line floor length dress, so would it just be waist, hips, bust? Or more?

Kleinfelds is closed today, otherwise I'd call them to ask! Thanks!
