i know I don't post much but am an avid reader! I was wondering of any of you the weather down in Napels, Rome, Siciliy, (Italy) for the end of October... FH is on a tight schedule at work and that would be the only week he can do it... We're looking at a cruise that leaves from Barcelona to Nice, France and then Italy...

dunno about the other areas, but in nice the end of october is in the 60s. and sept/october are rainy months.

The weather there is the same as here temperature wise (same latitude). Of course with regard to rain vs sun it is just as unpredictable. We did a Med cruise from October 15-Oct 31 and had really good weather - only two days of rain (not consecutive), and one cold day (around 45, although at night it did fall into the 30's).

This is why we're not going to Italy on our honeymoon It's rainy season (yes it's unpredictable and you could get lucky, but we don't want to take that chance) and it's cool (average of 60's).
And, since it's hurricane season, we're nixing the Caribbean too.
Agh, much more limited choices for October brides if you want a beach type honeymoon.
