Mediterranean Manor - Patchogue
Re: Mediterranean Manor - Patchogue
My brother was married there. The wedding was great and only had one problem. They screwed up the meals. They forgot to offer the vegetarian meal and it took much too long to serve the food. Some people were receiving cold meals long after the other people had already been served and finished eating. It was the only wedding I went there so it may have just been an off evening for them. But other then the main meal everything was great.

I went to a wedding there 4 years ago. I don't remember much about the food or service. The place was set up nice though. Sorry couldn't be much of a help. I would just go there and check it out and see if you can set up a food tasting.
Re: Mediterranean Manor - Patchogue
I know four people who have gotten married there, and all of them absolutely loved it. One of them was just this past fall. I stopped in there when we were looking and the rooms were beautiful, and then definitely offer A LOT at an inexspensive price. I would go and check it out. It is on a main street and has no option for outdoor cocktail hour, but there is a small gazebo area for a few pics. The guy when we went in was more than accomodating to answer any questions we had.

I also know a girl I work with who did a food tasting there and said everything tasted great...she just decided to go with another place.
Re: Mediterranean Manor - Patchogue
My friend's wedding was there...wow almost 4 years ago now...time sure does fly! Anyway, the food was great. It was a really nice wedding.
Re: Mediterranean Manor - Patchogue
I know two people who had their wedding and was VERY happy. Food and service was great and they have package deals. They only bad thing said was that your stuck in the building - no outside area to really take pics.

I know I didn't ask the questions, but my fiance and I are seriously considering having our ceremony/reception at MM, and all of your comments have been super helpful for me, too! I'm also newly engaged and new to the boards. Nice to meet you all! :)
