I had that style for a while--it took forever to dry it with a round brush to make the ends flip out like that! Too much for everyday! Next time definitely an easier to maintain 'do. But, if they cut the ends with a razor, they naturally go out more.

Or if you have naturally wavy/curly hair.

My stylist only uses scissors and my hair will flip no matter how many times I flat iron it.

They did razor my hair & it loked kind like that when she dried it. My ends naturally curl under at the ends. Ew.
