And it wasn't that bad!!!! OK, so I said I didn't live with FH, didn't want to take the chance. But they ask you silly questions like if you are marrying a relative!! And yes, the dreaded 'can you perfom' question. But other than that he asked how we met, about our families, what we see in each other, what we disagree on, and how we fight. Just so all you girls know, it's nothing to worry about!!! And we officially getting married July 3rd at 3pm!

Congrats, i was nervous too and we decided to tell him the truth that we do live together. He told us that they do not normally agree with that, but it is 2007 and we are grown adults, so thank God we did not have a problem.

You're brave!!! I was real nervous! Oh and I just told FH best man that it said in the booklet that any premartial parties (BACHELOR PARTY) needs to e toned down, and he needs to be reminded that we are CHRISTIANS!!

I am very nervous about meeting with the priest. I am supposed to call today and set up the appointment. But for some reason I have been putting it off all day. I rather read and reply to posts, I guess.

That is great!!! Our preist didn't ask us anything like that. Just when we wanted to get married. about our families and that was all really. And we just joked around it was fun.

They don't want you to 'perform' before marriage but they want to know if he is able to when the time comes.
You have to consummate your marriage in a certain time period after you get married and be able to have children. These are legitimate grounds for an annulment...

since my FH cousin is preforming the wedding im glad we dont have to have that stress of all the meetings and everything..but good luck
