We're going to the Rh next week to go over the final menu, figure out what kind of cake we want...make some other final arrangements.
What questions should I be asking?? Isn't there a list somewhere on here? Can anyone link or bump it please?

-ask for a map of the layout of the room, where does the band/DJ go, where is the bridal dais, etc. Most likely they'll ask you to give it back before the wedding, with a list of who is at what table #.
-ask what are the choices of colors for the table linens
-ask when to drop off any favors, guest book, programs, bathroom baskets, etc.
-ask if they'll have any food brought up the bridal suite during the cocktail hour (even if you're going to your cocktail hour, if you're off taking pictures, you may want some food saved for you).
-if you don't already have your final headcount, find out when they need it by.
-Ask if vendors and kids meals are discounted/half priced (make sure to indicate in your headcount how many are kids, vendors, etc)
-If you're not meeting the minimum headcount, ask if you can take the extra meals home.
