Does your RH allow kids & vendors to count towards minimum if you dont meet your minimum at the time when you have to tell the RH how many people you have?

Ours told us they would count the vendors if we dont reach minimum....but I'm also planning on counting some kids who 'look like' they're twelve if I don't reach minimum, its not like they're going to check ID

My RH lets you count them but then I have to pay full price for hem (not the vendor price)

Yes. If were unable to met the mins the RH will count the kids. Even though we're paying half price for kids at least we're not losing out all the money per plate.
Ask you RH, our said they'd work with us
