Meeting RH's this weekend!

So in my search of venue's for my date this week I found a few that are avail.
Meeting with three tomorrow and three Sunday,

Any advice or guidance? What top questions should I ask, I dont want to get there and blank out fall in love with a place and get suckered!
What can I bargain with?

I would just suggest finding out prices for different months or dates just to get a comparison. Look at the cleanliness of the place, the service, what they offer. I know the cheaper months are normally oct- march. A friday is cheaper than a sat and it can't hurt to talk them down on the price. You are paying alot of money you should love everything about the place. What halls are you going to? I went to so many I can't even tell you.. lol

Questions to ask:

-How much per person exactly with tax and gratuity?
-What is the minimum and maximim amt of people?
-How many weddings are going on at once?
-When is there bridal showcase or tasting?
-Do they provide the linens and chair covers or are they included in the price?
- Can you see a room setup?
- How much and what kind of food are they offering?
-How much extra is it to add on an extra hr on the end?

You need to have everything in writing bc once its on the contract its set in stone!
