What is right angle?

OH! hehe. A few things I think I noticed made a difference b/w photographers was things like, how many proofs will you receive? How many photos come in a standard album? whether thank you's are included, and an engagement shoot. whether you can opt out of certain features and get something in exchange.

the sales person from my photograpy studio actually had some great advice - that we should only agree to the basic package because you can always upgrade.
