Ask for your negs and extra TY's. They said after I get my album, I could have my negs free. Also, I asked how much extra TY's were, they said they could give me about 25 more then the package free. Also, they sort thru your pics- take out the ones with your eyes closed. I asked if I could have them, sure they said.
