thank god for the freakin checklist my doc gave me!!!

i noticed that cb didnt give us a copy of our menu so i called them up yesterday to get one and guess what?!?!!? 5 things were missing from our ch!!! plus they got two things wrong on the passed food!!!

now i need to call them so they can get this shiit right!!
