i'm meeting with Patken tonight at 7. my RH gives us a basic photo package with them so im gonna see how much it will really cost after all the add ons

We met with patken. I like their work and their prices are great. I'm still debating whether or not its my style.

so we went and i was a little nervous about their pricing because my friend used them and paid about 6K but we got such an awesome deal. we had some stuff included in our RH package so we just added some upgrades. we told them we werent sure so they hooked us up with the engagement shoot. we still walked out cuz we felt we should see other places but then we discussed it in the car and called them about 9 minutes later and told them we are gonna book them!!

Congrats thats great...I really liked them but they were too expensive for the package that I wanted and they wouldnt go outside the studio for the engagement shoot

Yeah i don't know why but when i called them up to give me prices, it was outrageous! I think it was 5k just for photo. But I guess that is also including what I want (magazine album, parent albums, etc).

mine is alot less than that but keep in mind that we have a basic package inlcuded with our RH. so when we pay our RH part of it already goes to them at a discounted price. we tossed up 2 packages..one is $3050 and one is $3750..depening if we pick magazine style. i argued with them about the engagement shoot to get it off site. they charge $250 for it off site and you get one pic but i argued and they brought in the general manager and he hooked us up with a cd and off site for a cheaper price.
