Great List above! Only thing to add is do waiters bus their own tables and how many tables does each waiter serve? Do they sweep the room? White glove service? Special meals for vegetarians, gluten free etc.?

Do they have alternative china or linens? At what cost?

Site fees? Are they tax deductable?

Take lots of pictures and get everything in writing!

I think theses are all the initial questions to ask a RH. I hope you asked all of these already when you booked.

Since your wedding is right around the corner I would definitely double check timelines/decor/how early you can arrive etc...
