First, gross stomach virus, now a cold. During lunch, I am running out and getting Zicam. And I am drinking emergency at my desk.

do you know whats really good? if you go to a natual remedy store or even GNC/Viatmin shop they sell these pills.. they are vitamin c, zinc and Echinacea root (all three combined in one pill) ... if you take these pills from now, you will be better in like 3 days trust me

Zicam works well! FH is a doctor and he says thats one that actually legeit if taken within 72 hours of onset of symptoms
