they give you this broth mixture ( you pick what kind you want) and they bring you different food..the one we got had a lobster tail, filet mignon, shrimp, pork, chicken, and ravioli...but it's uncooked. It's just seasoned. You actually cook it urself in the broth mixture on the table. Then they give you like 10 different dipping sauces like teriyake, apple butter, sweet and sour, garlic butter etc...it sounds strange but me and fh had a lot of fun with it!
