Memorial Candle

Any advice on where I can find a memorial candle that is really special.

Also, how can I incorporate it into my ceremony?

Use vellum and run through computer like regular paper. Cut down to fit if you cannot find letter size. Make sure to adjust your printer settings for 'transparencies' in your print setup.

Laser printers do the best job so be careful handling the final product if you used an inkjet printer to do it. The ink may smudge if you rub it. Use double sided tape to stick the paper on the candle. Make sure to leave around and inch of candle exposed at the top so it has room to 'burn' without reaching where the paper is! You can add ribbon to the candle to cover where the paper ends.

she did a beautiful job! She used ribbon matching her wedding colors to cover the edge of the vellum and left a nice amount of room for the candle to burn!

It is exactly what the above poster said. You just run it through the printer, trim it down, tape and presto! I will take pics right now!

Thx mRm for posting my candle and the nice compliment!

Summertimegal- we put ours on a 'memory table' that had wedding pictures of my mom and dad, FIL and MIL, our grandparents weddings, a pic of me playing dress up as a child (it was like a toilet paper wedding dress or something haha), etc.
