Memorial Candle Spinoff

Memorial Candle Spinoff

Ok - tough situation. So my dad's father passed away when my dad was 16 - do I do a candle for him? And my grandma remarried but he passed away too!

Also - do you put the dates of birth & death on the candles?

I am a tad nervous about who to make a candle for...it's such a touchy subject.

Thanks ladies!

i would just do something general. unless the people were really close to you to have their own candle. i would just have a general candle..and maybe list names?

I'm not making a memory candle for either set of grandparents of mine. 1 set died before I was born and the other set died when I was in kindergarden. I don't want to make 1 memory candle for everyone b/c I would like a seperate one for each of our dad's.
If we start having one for everyone then it's just gonna get out of control.

I'm just having one memorial candle, which will signify all of those that have passed away over the years, from both sides.
