Does anyone know where you put them if you have them at the reception? I'd like to get one or two but I am clueless as to what to do with them!

Is there a certain memorial candle you can buy? Or do you just use a candle? I am curious, I would love to do it for FH's Father but havent seen it done?

Re: Memorial Candles
I wasn't sure about doing one but now I think I might just need to check with FH. I would do my dad and his grandfather. Do you think family members would fuss over so and so being missed though?

Re: Memorial Candles
So I searched on E-bay under Wedding memorial candles and I found a vendor selling them for $18.99...I bought one, you can put a picture on it or a image and a verse or names, they will custome make it, so I thought that was a good deal and bought one...

Re: Memorial Candles
I really like the idea... But my mom doesn't think I should do it because its 'mixing death with new life'. Funny thing is she's not usually superstitious or traditional or anything. Now I don't know what to do. FH liked the idea too.

Re: Memorial Candles
i really want to do one for my grandama on my dad's side who died 3 years ago and my uncle (my mom's brother) who died last year.
does that mean i need to put my mom's parents too? they died like 12 and 22 years ago? or my dad's father?
who goes on there????
and what about my fh. he's only had his great grandmother die. no one he's especiallyclose to. heLP!

Re: Memorial Candles
I saw the one on Ebay! Thanks!
As for who to put on... I am going my two grandparents that died... My FI will probably only do his grandmother, because he didn't know his other grandparents before they died... but we are not positive!
