We're doing something simple like:

In loving memory of those who have touched our lives but are now with us only in spirit.....

Loving family: (then list names and relationship)

Loving friends: (then list names)

I did Thank Yous and the Memorial on the same page. Both of our fathers are deceased. Ours said:


On this day, we would like to take the opportunity to thank our families and friends who are sharing this special event with us. Having you here with us today has made our wedding truly wonderful.

We would especially like to thank our mothers, Katherine and Helen, for their love and support today and everyday.

We also would like to remember those family members and friends who cannot be here today. In particular, we would like acknowledge our fathers, Jacob and Louis. Their inspiration and love guides us today and everyday.

Thank you ladies - I recently had my grandmother pass away - I want to do a special memorial for her...Thanks a bunch!

Remembrance
We remember our grandparents who could not be with us today. Through the years their comfort and wisdom has helped shaped our lives. They are here today smiling down on us and watching over us to ensure a wonderful ceremony and a long enduring life together.
