memorial poem...
How does this sound? I wrote it..
Today we say our vows with joy and with peace,
Yet we feel that a part of us remains incomplete.
Then we stop and remember that true love always lives on,
Whether for a husband, wife, granddaughter, or grandson.
We thank God for keeping you in His eternal protection
and allowing us to feel your presence, although you are in Heaven.
As a newly married couple, we promise to listen, love, honor, and obey,
So that we will be able to see you again one day.
