a girl says to a guy... 'i'm hungry. lets eat. you decide where to eat'.

translation to a guy... ' she's hungry. she wants to eat. she wants me to chose a place.'

the same thing is said to a girl by a guy... 'i'm hungry. lets eat. you decide where to eat.'

translation to a woman... 'he's hungry? why is he hungry? did he not eat lunch? was he out with his friends? was he working? was he slacking off at work? did he play video games instead of eating? he wants me decide where to eat? why? is he calling me fat? does he really think i need to be in control of everything? is he mocking me? why is he so indecisive? why do i have to do everything? he is so lazy!! he didnt even wash the dishes? does he think this is whats gonna go down when we get married?.... '

this is too funny

but with us it would be an hour long battle going back and forth of you decide (on where to eat), we are both very indecisive

if there was only one thing i could change about Jax... is this. let me give you a scenerio....

JAX: I'm hungry, what do you wanna eat?

JOHN: i dont care..whatever you want

JAX: i always pick... you pick

JOHN: ok... KFC

JAX: UGH... i had KFC for lunch

JOHN: ok, how about Chinese?

JAX: UGH.. i dont realluy like chinese

JOHN: how about Subway?

JAX: i had Subway last week

JOHN: I dont know then... what do YOU want...

JAX: i dont know... you decide

JOHN: checkers?

JAX: no... some girl at work got that today, and i smelt it and i dont want that....

that goes on for about an hour... and we both get mad at each otehr and we wind up eating cereal and going to bed

That was one of the best posts I've seen yet... It always does seem to work out that way, instead of it being a straight forward question and answer everything goes awry and there is nothing that can be done

UMM WAS THIS A BIOGRAPHY OF MY LIFE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My FH has learned 'Do you want XYZ for dinner' is usually a rhetoical question.

So if I ask if he wants pasta, it's because I've already pretty much decided that is what I am making. Or if I ask if he wants pizza, it's because I've already decided that is what I want. The nights he wants something else - we usually spend about 30 minutes trying to figure out what to have.
