Men's Warehouse

FH and I are going to do our tuxes tonight!! Any words of advice??

tuxes are really easy. the only things you really need to know are:

- style of tux - either bow tie and cumberbund or vest and bow tie or vest and flat tie
- color
- color of groom's vest/tie
- color of GM vest/tie
- whether your FH wants to rent or buy
- how many days before the wedding the guys can pick them up
- how long beforehand they need to do fitting
- when they need to return them

Picking out the tuxes was a lot of fun and really easy!! We met with Theo at the glen cove shopping center Men's Warehouse. He was awesome and was so open to changing pick-up dates and accomodating times for all of the out-of-towners we have who need a tux. I can't wait to see everyone dressed up in their tuxes!!

we just went there and went through photos and it was pretty easy

when they got the tuxes...that was another story...

We heard that Men's Warehouse tends to mess things up also which is why I was pretty stern on getting the pick-up date earlier so there is time to fix the problems.

I have to go too with the FH. But when do the guys have to come in to get fitted? Do you just go there with the FH to pick out styles and set up dates to do all that?

Our wedding is 11/4 and we have all the guys going to get fitted before Sept. 1st. They are picking their tuxes up on Oct. 31st. They wanted the pick-up date to be 11/2 which caused me to have a slight panic attack as the 2nd is half of the bridal parties flight dates to NY.

FH and I went together to pick styles. Ultimately the decision on styles is between you and FH. The coordinator you work with will help with suggestions. I didn't like the same colors for the vest and the tie so I made our vest black and the tie in lapis (same color as Bms dresses). They are pretty flexible with whatever you want!!

this! they messed up my brother's and another GM's tux. My brother looked like a thug - the tux was completely baggy and big on him. the other GM - his pants were short like erkel's!!! and both of the shirts were so tight in the neckline, when they took it off, they had a red line around their neck!!!

OHHH and my brother wanted a smaller jacket and a girl was helping us and this IDIOT A$$HOLE goes - why does he need a smaller jacket? it's ONLY a rental

I wish i heard that! i would've strangled that MOFO with his measuring tape!!! ONLY A RENTAL???? WE'RE PAYING FOR IT YOU DUMB F*CK! IT SHOULD FIT! and considering that this is what they do, fit ppl for rentals and purchases, you'd think they'd have it down by now - but they hire degenerates in some stores apparently. Not all. The one by roosevelt field was good.

We went to the one by the mall...at the Glen Cove shopping center...the store is by Red Robin.

Ask for Theo he is really good. The girl working there seemed to have an attitude so I am glad we were recommended to talk with Theo.

Did you goto the one that is by the david's bridal or the one that is in the barnes & noble shopping center?
