I had a BAD experience with them...but they are all different..I went to the one in Lake Grove

My DH's tux was 2 sizes too small and tried to CONVINCE him it looked good!
our BM's was way too big
They never told us the vest we picked out were BIBS! NOT VESTS! There is a BIG difference!

My mom's bf had oil stains on his shoes!

I thought they were TERRIBLE!

Have heard good experiences (down here in VA) from people using VA stores for measuring/picking out tux and then stores all over the country for the actual wedding.

Horrible experience!!!
Our best friend got married in Pheonix, so most of the groomsmen were scattered all over the country, hence why he chose to use Men's Warehouse. Well... let me tell you..
When FH and the rest of the groomsmen went to pick up their tuxes, I was furious! I'm just happy the bride wasn't there to witness the horror. I was the only girl with 7 guys, and I spoke my peace. My poor FH comes out with a jacket that is WAY too big for his frame.. it looked like he was being worn by the tux. Then the groom comes out and the sleeves on his jacket are about 3 inches too short, and his pants were too short too. He's over 6 ft. tall!! The bride's father and brothers tuxes were also messed up. The people kept trying to tell the guys that they looked fine... I was overreacting. If bride was there she would have flipped on them worse than I did! I had them call in the taylor, and they fixed them on the spot. Needless to say, bride wrote a nasty letter about how disappointed she was with their services.... I usually don't flip out on salespeople (cause I work retail, and I've always been on the receiving end... lol) but to tell these guys they looked fine?! Hello... I don't think so!!!

We used the one in LAke Grove also and have no complaints! Everything was the right color, size, etc.
