They can get fitted at any location and the suits can be shipped to any location.
They can pick up where ever they want and they can drop off where ever they want. One of our GM is from NC and he's picking it up here and dropping it off here as well.

Just a piece of advice for you:
People are quick to use Men's Wearhouse because they have so many locations and figure it's easier for people to get fitted, etc. However, it is an industry courtesy that any tux shop will measure someone for another tux shop if they are out of town. So don't just do men's wearhouse for convenience. If you choose a local tux shop and have groomsmen who are out of town, just have them get measure at their local tux shop and call in the measurements.
