should i do menu cards even though i'm doing buffet? (i didn't want to do buffet but had no choice bc we're doing indian food as well as crest hollow food).

I don't think it's necessary, but maybe pretty cards infront of each dish?
I like the idea of a pretty card in front of each dish but you could also do a menu of sorts listing each dish that will be on the buffet. You could put one menu on display on each table.
I dont think menu cards would be appropriate for a buffet, I believe they imply a sit down dinner will take place. JMO
Hi I am also doing Indian food as well, although we have not picked a caterer. Do you mind telling me who you got and how much? Or FM me, I would really appreciate it. We are torn between Sitar and Jewel of india, although the same price, I cant figure out who's food is better.... Thanks for the help!!!
if it's a buffet - is it assigned seating??? i don't think menu cards are necessary, especially if there is no assigned seating. if there is assigned seating, i would make it very clear that the dinner will be served buffet-style, so that people are not assuming it's sit-down.
americanpolice ~ we're using balucci's and i hear shaan is also very good. as far as i know those are the top two best ones.
I would say cards in front of each dish
