I have 7, which is great. THe norm is 3 choices. If you have 9 thats great but too much, I didnt even know some RH's have 9 choices. The poor guests wont even know what to choose and by then they wont be hungry, hahahahah j/k

i didnt choose 9, its what was given. i dont think itll be that hard, people go to restaurants where they have even more choices. Theyre completely all different, if someone wants steak thats what theyll get, then chicken, veal, porkchops, duck, vegetarian, pasta, then a fish and seafood.

I know you didnt choose 9, you get 9 which is a good thing. I had gone to JT many times and was surprised by how many choices you get. People expect more choices in a restaurant than a hall, of course, its just differnt for guests to see that in a hall. I was surprised by the 7 I get, but I am not complaining

Re: Menu choices

Really expensive places give you less choices. Reason being they spend more time and money on making 2 or 3 really great dishes as opposed to make 5 or 6 or more good ones.

thats true but when i was told im getting 2 entree choices i was a bit dissappointed and negotiated to have it be two plus one veggie, so three. That was their reasoning to me as well as to why they only offer 2-3 choices.

its definitly true it just depends on where the wedding is, for example Long island or manhatten...hotel or catering hall. So i would say 99% of the time this is true.

Mmm well we have three choices but the quality depends on which package you choose. We chose the very basic one but then were upgraded for FREE, by the grace of God and a wonderful manager at the RH, to the premium package. So we still have 3 choices but now they are MUCH nicer choices.

yea it depends on where it is. Different places are different. Capitale told me that from their list of entree's you get 2 entree choices and a veggie dish. This was last year so they may have changed it.

Re: Menu choices

Our guests have 11 choices. They each get a menu at their seat with all the details on whats available.
For us this was a major selling point, we love the idea that there are so many options because after the giant cocktail hour who knows what you will be in the mood to eat!

Re: Menu choices

Out of my 7 menu choices, I am only getting one chicken. Is this OK? I feel for the picky chicken eaters, they would want more than 1 chicken choice?
