ok here is the deal -
For three hours the room will cost us 300 dollars. Then it is 14.50 pp.
They want half of the bill as deposit. So I am figuring we should make the minimum 20 people since some will def. drop out.
That makes the deposit 400 dollars. So if the 20 people are sure they are coming that will be 20 pp upfront.
Thoughts?

no it can be a cc but it will be charged. they also sign up a contract.

You could set up a paypal and we could all pay you what we need to ahead of time, that way you can pay off you cc right away.

yeah but if we do 20pp up front for 20 people then those 20 people will have to give 5 dollars extra at D&B plus tax/tip right??
