Menu Help

I finalized my menu last week but now Im starting to 2nd guess it.

Would you rather have Chicken Francaise (sp?) or Chicken Sorrentino?

Prime Rib or Rack of Lamb?

TIA! :)

ETA: Chicken Sorrentino is lightly battered chicken with eggplant, proscuitto, and melted mozzarella cheese on top in a cream like sauce.

I love Chicken Francaise, its my favorite dish!!!!!!

Although I love Prime Rib, I think the preferred choice would be the rack of lamb.

I prefer the Prime Rib. Personally, I can't handle lamb and I know a lot of other people that can't either. I guess I'm just not used to the taste.

As for the chicken, I love Chicken Francaise. I don't know what Sorrentino is.

I hate Prime Rib so I would say the Rack of Lamb. Plus the Prime Rib is so common.

As for the chicken, the Sorrentino sounds very good, but if you have some picky eaters, they might not like it. I think either would be good.

I think Chicken Francaise and Prime Rib are the safe bets. I think lamb is a cool choice, but only if you have the chicken and beef already as other options.

I would go with the lamb and the chicken sorrentino. Mmmmm, now I'm getting sooooo hungry!!

i would definitely go with chicken francaise- not everyone eats prosciutto. and i would also go with prime rib- lamb is yummy but alot of people don't eat it either.

I'd probably go with the francaise and prime rib as well. Just wanted to let you know, that I too, am starting to 'doubt' my menu selections as well. You aren't alone!

Chicken Sorrentino, only because Francaise is so commonly used, I enjoy something different. and prime rib.

I would go with the rack of lamb and the Sorrentino. Prime Rib & Chicken Francaise are so common at weddings so I would choose something different as long as it's good.

Thanks everyone!! :) This is exactly why I was confused, I felt like Rack of Lamb and Chicken Sorrentino was more uncommon but wasnt sure if it everyone would like it.

Im going to push my hall to add a 4th entree for me :)
