Menu help (poll)

We are going tommorrow to plan our menu and are still undecided. These are the two menus we have narrowed it down to:

Option #1:
CHOICE OF 3
1 Filet mignon
2 Sea Bass
3 Chicken Entree

or

Option #2:
CHOICE OF 2
1 The Mixed Grill (which includes a sampling of Filet Mignon, chicken and Lamb Chop)
2. Sea Bass

What do you think?

#1! Not everyone likes beef or lamb chop so they would be forced to eat just the chicken which will probably leave them a little hungry considering it is just a sample.

With #1 if a couple can't decide, one can order chicken and the other one can order the steak and it will be full meals.

Thanks for the opinions, we are going with #1. That was what we first chose, but then our Banquet manager told us most people opt for the Mixed Choice, so we were unsure.

as a lovin oven bride...

we had the filet (FABULOUS...melt in your mouth)...the sea bass (DH loved it) and the pork chop (for mom...but I was surprised how many people ordered it...my family is German...so maybe not a surprise)

we thought about the combo...but then we couldn't have the pork chop...which mom wanted...

one of my BM was shocked that we didn't have chicken...but I just felt that you could get chicken anytime...at the wedding she changed her tune...

My brother and sis-in-law were just telling me the other day how they went to a wedding that had the combo plate and they hated it. If you don't like one or two of the choices than you can only eat a small portion of the one you like. I say go with # 1.
