So tonight I have my meeting to discuss all the final stuff with my BM. Menu, linens, etc.. (I guess..lol) Any advice on other questions to ask??
When is drop off day? What is the earliest time I could be there on day of? When do you need final count?
What else guys?? Please help, I'm clueless!!

What time can your vendors arrive? Upgrade options? What happens if you're under your minimum? Will they pack up extra meals? When is final count due? When is final payment due? Who does service charge include? Who needs to be tipped? Min/max number of people per table How to set up favors (on the table, on a table by the door at the end, etc)
