Going for our menu, linen and cake meeting at the Fox Hollow tonight!!
Ladies who have done these meetings, what do you bring?
I have the original menu from when we booked, working on our vendor list. Anything else we need?

Also bring your original contract...just in case there are any discrepancies...otherwise you are good to go!!!!

You don't need a vendor list. They gave you a form to fill out to bring back when you drop everything off 2 weeks prior, that list has all the vendor information.
The only thing you need is the menu. I also bought my contract just in case.
You will leave with a few papers to fill out and instructions for drop off, guest list count, etc.
