Menu questions

Hi girls
I'm making my own menu cards and would like some input. We are having 3 courses
I'm not sure if I should label it-
First course (salad/appetizer duet). Second course (entree). Third course (dessert)

Or appetizer. Entree. Dessert.

Any suggestions? Is it silly to have only 3 courses and label them with numbers. I know usually there. Are 4 courses but we are combing the salad and appetizer to the duet course so more danci time n
